Taking things to the next level. Our degree apprenticeships have meaningful benefits for both employers and prospective learners.
The game has changed. There are now a range of ways for talented individuals to achieve an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Not only are there full-time and part-time study options, degree apprenticeships also offer the opportunity to learn, grow and accomplish a degree whilst working.
We’ve hyper-focussed our portfolio to bring you the capability to push things forward. Our aim is to deliver high-level technical, leadership and business skills which transition perfectly into the workplace.
At QA, we offer degree apprenticeships in partnership with:
University of Roehampton
Benefits for your organisation
Retain the best: Hold on to your best people. Invest in supporting them to build their knowledge and skills, building their job satisfaction and staff retention.
Attract the best: People are looking for employers who encourage personal development and career progression. Offering them an opportunity to gain a degree will make you stand out from the crowd.
Build your in-house skills: Your people can be your greatest asset, help them build the skills they need to succeed and you can build a team of in-house experts! Our apprenticeships are designed to develop the hard-to-find skills employers and the economy need. Things like artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital transformation, business transformation, data analysis, entrepreneurship and more.
Impact from day one: By combining on- and off-the-job learning, your employees will spend time between their training days applying what they have been learning straight in to the workplace.
Cost effective training: Degree apprenticeship course fees can be covered by an organisation’s apprenticeship levy or using co-investment (depending on whether your business pays the apprenticeship levy), sharing the cost with the UK Government. You can find out more about apprenticeship funding on the Government website.
Benefits for your career
Build your skills and qualifications: By studying and successfully passing a degree apprenticeship, you can graduate with 2 awards: a degree and an apprenticeship. It doesn’t stop there. Several of the programmes also include additional professional training courses or opportunities to achieve professional qualifications or accreditations too.
Apply your learning from the start: You’ll be able to apply what you learn to your work throughout your course. Each degree apprenticeship includes a mix of on-the-job, online and classroom-based sessions to enable you to fully contextualise your learning. Throughout your learning journey, you’ll be supported by one of our Skills Coaches.
Grow your network: Study with like-minded individuals and have the opportunity to meet people across different industries.
Learn while you earn: These programmes are designed specifically for those who are employed full-time, so you will continue to earn a salary and work, while you study.
There’s funding available: Degree apprenticeship course fees are covered by employers and the UK Government so your tuition fees will be covered for your studies.
