We work in partnership with universities and education specialists to provide learning opportunities and support our students to fulfil their potential, arming them with the skills to achieve their career aspirations
We believe that it’s the people that make QA Higher Education special. We are driven by learning and aim to empower our people to develop into their best self, and we make sure we celebrate our wins together along the way.
We’re transparent, thorough and fair in our recruitment process. We’ll make sure you know everything about us and what you’ll be doing here. We want to see your skills and experience shine.
We have a vacancies portal which is where you can find all of our vacancies and choose which one is the right fit for you. You’ll be able to create an account to submit an application for our recruiters to review.
When you’ve found a job on our vacancies portal, click ‘Apply’ and complete the application form. We’ll ask for things like your CV and personal details. This is your chance – let us know everything about why you’d be great for the role. When you’ve applied, we’ll send you a password to your private account where you can check on your application
If your application was successful, the next step is a telephone interview. We’ll talk about the job, your skills and experience – and it’s a great time for you to ask us anything too. Depending on the job you’ve applied for, there could be 2 or more interviews and other assessments. You might be asked to complete a piece of work, or answer some technical questions.
If you’re successful, we’ll make you an offer. First we’ll make you a verbal offer (on the phone) – we’ll also agree when you’ll start. We’ll answer your questions and help you on the way to confirming your offer. We’ll send you a formal offer and ask for any other information we might need.
We’ll check your professional and educational references – working for QA Higher Education is dependent on satisfactory references. For some roles, you’ll also have additional checks, like DBS or DV Clearance. If you do need this, we’ll tell you at the start of the recruitment process
Congratulations and welcome to QA Higher Education! You’ll have everything you need to get started on your first day. You’ll have a ‘buddy’ who will show you the ropes and help you settle in. Your manager will give you an induction to QA Higher Education – so you know what you need to do and more about QA Higher Education and our wider business too.
Not quite ready to apply? You can still express interest in joining us by sending us a copy of your CV and cover letter via the portal and our friendly team will be in touch.
