If you are studying with QA Higher Education on one of our Ulster University programmes in Birmingham or London, here are the resources available for you.

Portal is your starting point for all electronic resources for your study. Log in using your Portal login details, the same as for the Blackboard. Then navigate to the Library & ICT tab.

University library catalogue is the best place to find relevant ebooks.

QA Higher Education library catalogue can be used to find printed and electronic textbooks at your campus library. Search for module codes to see your reading list resources.

Search for textbooks in your campus library, manage your library account and loans all from your phone.

  1. Download and install myCirqa app
  2. Search for Ulster University and choose your campus – Birmingham or London (Holborn)
  3. Login using your student number for the username and your date of birth (DDMMYY) for the PIN.

Printing, copying and scanning

Low-cost printing, copying and free scanning are available to all students.

For username, use qa + your student number (e.g. qab00054321); for the password, Qa + your date of birth (e.g. Qa29021982, case sensitive).
