Lanre Kesiro

Director of International Student Recruitment - Latin America

Lanre is an experienced professional who is responsible in the management of sales and recruitment activities in the Africa, Latin America and Russia & Central Asia region. 

Lanre’s recruitment plans and activities has been instrumental in recruiting thousands of students regarding education options in the UK. 

As a Regional Manager, Lanre is responsible for the management and development of all stakeholder relationships between the QA key partners, and setting up plans and strategies to recruit into and promote QA Higher Education strategies.

Rachel Drew

Head of Sales - Home/EU

Rachel started working at QA in 2015 and has worked across several departments, including, Registry, Admissions, and Scheduling, giving her a good grounding of the business operations. 

In 2018, Rachel joined the Home/EU Recruitment Team as a coordinator and is now responsible for leading the Recruitment and Conversion teams as Head of Sales. Rachel is accountable for developing her team and managing critical relationships between QA and external recruitment agencies. She focuses heavily on exceeding business targets while ensuring quality is maintained throughout the process. 

Rachel is an experienced and efficient professional who uses her strong understanding of QA Higher Education to plan and execute new strategies to enhance student recruitment.

Marwa El-Mufti

Sales Manager - Home/EU

Marwa has worked at QA since 2017 in the recruitment department starting as a Conversion officer then Recruitment Coordinator and Account manager which gives her a holistic knowledge of the recruitment processes. 

Since becoming Sales manager 16 months ago, Marwa’s’ team has not only worked towards achieving targets but exceeding them! In her short tenure as Sales manager she has developed her team and promoted one of her direct reports whilst earning a promotion to Senior sales manager herself. 

Marwa and her team are responsible for the management and development of all stakeholder relationships between the QA key partners, and setting up plans and strategies to recruit into and promote QA Higher Education strategies Marwa has worked with immensely talented senior QA staff who have helped her become a highly competent and efficient manager who is capable of developing her team and her agency network who are based across London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Samuel Teshome

Business Development Manager

Samuel has been with QA for almost 2 years and has worked alongside our Direct and Agency recruitment teams. He joined QA with a vast amount of Business Development experience in the Engineering industry after briefly working in Education on the cusp of the pandemic. 

Samuel is responsible for the management of the Business Development team in the Home/EU market. As the Business Development Manager Samuel is responsible for expanding the agent network whilst refining current agent recruitment processes. In line with company strategy, the Business Development team has been tasked with helping the Direct Recruitment side of the business by identifying new channels of lead generation with exciting ideas already starting to take shape. 

Samuel is excited to be in such a pivotal position in his region and by using his passion for sales, recruitment, and Education he is determined to continue growing the Home/EU market.

Elo Vivian Odede

Country Manager - Africa

Vivian is an experienced professional with over 16 years in both public and private sector of the UK Higher Education Industry. She is responsible for the management of sales and recruitment activities in the African Region.

Vivian’s recruitment activities with students and our partner agents have been instrumental to the growth and expansion of the region while providing clear steps and processes for prospective students.

As a Regional Manager, Vivian is responsible for the management and development of all stakeholder relationships between the QA key partners and setting up plans and strategies to recruit into and promote QA Higher Education strategies.

She holds various academic and professional degrees.

Hamid has worked in Higher Education for over 9 years, his experienced professional who is responsible in the management of sales and recruitment activities in the , South Asia, UK International and SouthEast Asia region.

Hamid now looks after the largest region as a Regional Director , Hamid is responsible for managing our Agent network, development of our agents,  Helping expand our international student’s recruitment with our agent network. CHINA

Carrie Yang

Regional Director - China

Carrie is responsible for the management of the sales team in China, UK and East Asia market. 

As a Regional Manager for China, UK and East Asia, Carrie is responsible for managing the development of positive relationship building with QA’s key partners, setting up the marketing strategy promoting QA Higher Education. She is also responsible for organising off-campus and on-campus events that promote QA’s partner universities. She has been working in the UK education industry for the past 5 years. 

She speaks native Mandarin and fluent English. She has a BA degree in English from China, and MA degree in Human Resource Management from the University of York.

SOUTH EAST ASIA
