Rachel joined QA Higher Education in August 2015 and in her first three years with the business worked in both student-facing and administrative roles within the Student Services and Home admissions department then as an Admissions Manager for the International Admissions team. Summer of 2018, Rachel moved into the Home/EU Recruitment team as an Account Manager bringing a sound understanding of the admissions process.

Based in QA’s London offices, Rachel’s role focuses on supporting and advising agents in successfully recruiting applicants to the most suitable programmes, she is also responsible for supporting applicants from the initial application stage through to enrolment ensuring all students receive the best information and guidance. Rachel enjoys working with various agents as well as applicants to ensure they all experience excellent customer service – she is continuously striving to build new business opportunities and enjoys developing working relationships.
