For entry to Ulster Proposed International Entry Qualifications

requirements
All students applying for an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree or the Graduate Certificate at QAHE are required to meet our standard English Language Requirements.

Students must also provide evidence that they satisfy the requirements for Maths (i.e. equivalent to a Grade C in GCSE. For students presenting qualifications from India, they must have at least 50%/55% in Maths as part of the HSC (70% in Maths for BSc Hons Accounting and Management).

The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), Calcutta Board, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Maharashtra – 60% or above, to include 50% in Maths and English
All other examination boards – 65% or above, to include 55% in Maths and English
OR
Applicants must have completed the SSC (year 10) with good grades to include Maths and English with a minimum of 60% AND hold a minimum of 3 A Levels
For advanced entry to an Undergraduate Degree Programme:
If applicants have completed a 3 year Diploma in the relevant subject they may be considered (at the School’s discretion) for advanced entry, second year.Grading System:

Pre-Sessional English The requirements for your chosen target course 15 week programme: up to 1.5 IELTS subscore below the requirement for your target course

10 week programme: up to 1.0 IELTS subscore below the requirement for your target course

5 week programme: up to 0.5 IELTS subscore below the requirement for your target course

International Year One – Business Good High School Grades, or equivalent IELTS 5.5 with no band below 5.5 from a UKVI Approved Centre
