As part of our continued partnership with Ulster University, we are launching two new programmes starting in January 2025, both designed to meet the growing demand for skills in these areas.

The new courses will initially be available in London and Birmingham and are:

BSc (Hons) Global Business: Preparing Future-Ready Graduates

The demand for international business professionals in the UK is projected to grow by 6-8% annually, especially in technology, finance, and sustainable energy sectors due to global market expansion (Prospects, 2023)

The BSc (Hons) Global Business programme prepares students for diverse and professional careers equips them with essential knowledge and skills across key business disciplines such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, economics, leadership, and sustainability reporting.

Throughout the programme, students will apply contemporary theories and practices to real-world business problems, understanding the impact of globalisation and the importance of sustainability. Graduates will be adept at navigating the complexities of the global business environment, developing policies that promote sustainable agendas, and managing change effectively. The programme emphasises the development of interpersonal and transferable skills, ensuring students can communicate and work efficiently in the global workplace.

It covers essential topics such as resourcing and talent management, strategic HRM, organisational development, HR analytics, and workplace equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Graduates will be well-versed in HRM theories and practices, ready to tackle real-world challenges, propose strategic solutions, and lead teams effectively. Students will be prepared for professional roles or further study, capable of making ethical, values-based decisions and managing complex people management issues.
