Donna joined QA Higher Education in 2014 and was recently appointed as Director of Education Transformation in 2022.
Prior to this, Donna held a number of management roles in QA Higher Education, including Dean of Teaching and Learning and Director of Degree Apprenticeships; prior to joining QA Higher Education, Donna held management roles in higher education and private educational organisations as well as lecturing in Organisational Behaviour and English for Academic Purposes (EAP).
Through these roles, Donna has gained significant experience in the ‘learner journey and lifecycle’ and supporting diversity in higher education which she is able to apply to her current role.
