Heather is an operations management professional with 12 years’ experience of working in the higher education sector. Heather started her work with QA Higher Education in 2012 and was recently appointed Director of Student Operations in 2023. Prior to this, Heather had spent a number of years growing and developing QA Higher Education’s Registry and Academic Services functions as Academic Registrar.
Prior to joining QA Heather worked within the further education sector in a local FE College managing and developing student support functions.
Through these roles Heather has gained extensive experience in student operations management, contributing to organisational strategy, and supporting students through their journey in education.
