Tim joined QA Higher Education in June 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Tim oversees all aspects of financial planning and reporting as well as data and strategy and is focused on further improving and simplifying processes.
Tim has extensive knowledge and experience of the private higher education sector having spent over 11 years in various roles. Most recently, he was CFO and COO for an education focused Venture Capital firm which holds the majority stake in INTO University Partners as well as a range of EdTech companies, property and other investments. As part of that role, he also led a team to develop an employability offering to universities to complement their undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and help international students to secure a job.
Prior to that role Tim was the CFO and previously Finance Director for the University of Law, developing the 5 year strategy and overseeing the business which led to one private equity transaction. His earlier career was spent at BT and Tiscali, where Tim held many senior Finance roles.
